Description :
The programmable automatic copper foil coil winding machine (SS851F) is a digital type programmable foil coil winding machine with high torsion DC winding motor. This winder is used for winding the foil type inductors and foil type transformers. It can wind the copper foil with the insulation Mylar tape (Mylar film, insulation paper) together at the same time. And can complete the special transformer whose some winding winded by round wires and another windings need be winded by copper foil. The Maximum wire diameter of this winder can reach 5.0mm for small coil if the finished coil outside diameter less than 55mm. This machine is the best choice for winding reactive coil, electric power transformer, flat wire coil, copper foil coils, aluminum foil coils, copper foil transformer, copper foil reactor. It be named mylar tape layer copper foil winding machine also. This winder can be customized according to coil size by requested.
